At Wodress, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return in accordance with the conditions described below.

1. Return period

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Keep all labels and accessories, if applicable.
  • Be returned in their original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or tailor-made products,
  • Items on sale or on sale, unless otherwise stated,
  • Open sealed products (e.g. cosmetics, underwear) for hygiene reasons.

3. Return procedure

To make a return:

  1. Contact our customer service at wodressoff@gmail.com or via the contact form on our website.
  2. Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return.

4. Return costs

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to avoid losses.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase, within 7 to 14 business days .
  • Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.

6. Exchange of products

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or model, please return the item and place a new order.
