At Wodress, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make a return in accordance with the conditions described below.
1. Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- Keep all labels and accessories, if applicable.
- Be returned in their original packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or tailor-made products,
- Items on sale or on sale, unless otherwise stated,
- Open sealed products (e.g. cosmetics, underwear) for hygiene reasons.
3. Return procedure
To make a return:
- Contact our customer service at wodressoff@gmail.com or via the contact form on our website.
- Indicate your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your return.
4. Return costs
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service to avoid losses.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection:
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for purchase, within 7 to 14 business days .
- Initial delivery charges are non-refundable, except in the case of defective product or error on our part.
6. Exchange of products
We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different size, color or model, please return the item and place a new order.
